Stating it to the employees in the department is a strategy that enables them to create a target for themselves (Dorf, 1999). In this scenario, every department it is responsible for a set target by the company, and that it must be realised. Another manner in which technology management can be improved is through the creation of a modest learning cycle. This learning cycle helps improve the manner in which employees decide to use the technology system. If they are set in a manner that will deal with the issues that arise from the use of such methods, then it is possible the system can be improved (Dorf, 1999).
